Provincial officials said the 3D projection show will utilize advanced projection-mapping technology to animate the façade of the Capitol building with synchronized Christmas imagery and music, marking a new addition to the province’s annual holiday offerings.
Ahead of the opening activities, the provincial government convened a coordination meeting with law enforcement agencies, the LGU Ipil, the Communications Group, and other stakeholders to ensure that all preparations are in place. The discussions covered traffic management, crowd control, emergency response, and overall security measures to accommodate the expected large turnout.
Authorities assured the public that safety protocols have been laid out to manage both vehicular flow and pedestrian movement around the Capitol Grounds throughout the festivities.
An Invitational Hiphop Competition is set on December 13 at 6 p.m., featuring dance groups from across the province and nearby areas. Meanwhile, the widely followed Gigi Vibes Band will perform at the Ipil Central Sports Complex on December 20 as part of the holiday programming.
Governor Ann K. Hofer said the activities aim to give Sibugaynons meaningful opportunities to celebrate the season and strengthen community spirit.
The provincial government invites residents from all municipalities to visit the Capitol Grounds and participate in the scheduled activities throughout the month of December.
