GOV. ANN DELIVERS SOPA DURING SP'S 48TH REGULAR SESSION, HIGHLIGHTS FULFILLED COMMITMENTS UNDER HOFER AGENDA
Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay -Governor Ann K. Hofer delivered her 2026 State of the Province Address (SOPA) on Tuesday, June 30, before the Sangguniang Panlalawigan during its 48th Regular Session, presenting the accomplishments of her administration, reaffirming the implementation of the HOFER Agenda, and expressing gratitude to President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. for the national government's continued support to the province.
To give way to the governor's annual report, the Provincial Board suspended its regular order of business, allowing the SOPA to be formally presented before provincial legislators, municipal mayors, vice mayors, barangay officials, department heads, national government agencies, civil society partners, and guests from across Zamboanga Sibugay.
