ZSBPPO Launches “Kapehan sa Barangay”

To strengthen community relations, the Zamboanga Sibugay Police Provincial Office (ZSBPPO), headed by P/Col. Barnard Danie V. Dasugo, launched the “KAPEHAN SA BARANGAY” program in Barangay Sanito, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay. “KAPEHAN SA BARANGAY,” which stands for Kaagapay ang Pulisya sa Epektibong Hangarin na Ayusin ang Nasasakupan, aims to promote open communication, unity, and cooperation between the police and the public through a casual coffee gathering. ADVERTISEMENT Barangay officials led by Captain Hon. Teresita D. Olegario, along with other stakeholders, attended the event. The activity provided an opportunity for residents to voice their concerns and foster stronger ties with local authorities. P/Col. Dasugo said the initiative highlights that effective policing is not only about enforcing laws but also about showing compassion and building partnerships within the community.
