For the first time in the history of Barangay Poblacion, free manicure, pedicure, and haircut services for men were also offered. These additional services were made possible through the initiative of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Council, further expanding the scope of the outreach.

“The main goal of all the services we offered is Panaghiusa, to bring everyone together, help one another, and strengthen unity in our community,” said Joshua Sta. Cruz, Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson of Barangay Poblacion. “This activity reflects our commitment to care for and serve every member of the Poblacion family.”

The successful conduct of the outreach highlighted the SK Council’s dedication to inclusive programs that promote health, compassion, and unity as Barangay Poblacion celebrates another year of progress and togetherness.
