Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay — Demonstrating their strong family values and deep sense of faith, Mayor Rambo Olegario and his wife, Elaine Olegario, joined the Catholic community of Titay in celebrating the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary at the San Isidro Labrador Parish.
The couple was warmly received by the parish community as they took part in the religious celebration, with Mayor Rambo leading the faithful in prayer alongside his wife.
The occasion was made more meaningful by Elaine’s connection to Titay, where she hails from, allowing the couple to celebrate the feast not only as public servants but also as part of a community close to their family.

A particularly meaningful moment came when the couple took part in the crowning of the image of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a gesture of love, reverence and devotion to Mary as the Mother of Jesus.
The San Isidro Labrador Parish expressed its gratitude to the Olegario couple for sharing their time and presence with the parish community and for helping make the celebration a meaningful expression of faith.
Their participation also underscored the importance of families coming together in prayer, particularly in honoring the Blessed Mother on the occasion of her birthday.
As the celebration concluded, the parish community offered prayers that the Blessed Virgin Mary would continue to guide and bless the Olegario family, strengthen their faith, and lead them ever closer to her Son, Jesus Christ.
For Mayor Rambo and Elaine, the celebration was more than a public appearance. It was a reflection of their family-centered values and a personal expression of faith shared with the people of Titay, a community that holds a special place in their family because of Elaine’s roots in the town.
