IPIL PASALUBONG CENTER STALLS OPEN FOR PUBLIC BIDDING; LETTER OF INTENT DUE SEPT. 14
IPIL, Zamboanga Sibugay — The Local Government Unit of Ipil is making vacant commercial stalls at the Pasalubong Center available for lease through public bidding, giving interested entrepreneurs an opportunity to establish businesses at the local commercial facility.
The Municipal Economic Enterprise Development Board/Adjudication Committee reminded applicants and prospective entrepreneurs that September 14, 2026 (Monday) is the final day for the submission of a Letter of Intent to participate in the bidding.

The LGU said the public bidding is intended to provide a transparent and fair process for interested parties seeking commercial space while encouraging more business activity within the Pasalubong Center.
Entrepreneurs who intend to join the bidding are urged to submit their Letter of Intent before the deadline to ensure their participation in the process.
Those seeking information on the bidding requirements may coordinate with the Municipal Economic Enterprise Development Office (MEEDO) or the Municipal Treasurer’s Office (MTO).
The LGU encouraged interested applicants not to miss the September 14 deadline as it moves to fill the vacant stalls and further activate the Pasalubong Center as a venue for local enterprise.
