IPIL, Zamboanga Sibugay- A night of music, unity, and heartfelt celebration lit up Ipil Municipal Covered Court at the 3rd Sibugay Music Fest, proudly sponsored by the Akbayan Partylist in honor of the province’s 25th Araw ng Sibugay.
